Chattanooga Aquarium

We made a deal with Logan. He potty trains and we will take him anywhere. So while Dave was in Japan, my Mom and I got him completely potty trained and per his request we headed to a 'Huge Fish Aquarium'. Dave and I took Sam to Chattanooga when I was pregnant with Logan and it was so cool we decided that was the perfect one. There are 2 different 4 story buildings filled with giant aquariums; it really is awesome! When we got there and were buying our tickets they had loads of other things we could do there. We had planned on doing the Imax Theatre but then we saw a boat tour of the Tennessee River, so we changed our plans! It really is only a vacation if there is a Famous Dave's!

When you get to the first building you hop on an escalator and go up 4 flights of stairs to the top and then walk down through the exhibits until you get to the gift shop. This is the top.

This is the boat we will ride in for our tour.

Who doesn't love Penguins!

Shark Cage; we have so many pictures in here.

In the background there are 2 trainers in there giving their speech about the sharks. One would spoke while the other had a stick to hit the sharks with if they got to close.

Then they came to say hi to the kids, the boys loved it.

Sam and the Jellyfish.

Logan and......I don't know.

Our tour was right a noon so we had to leave in the middle of the first building to get to the dock and the go back to finish. The boys really liked it.

They let us get on top of the boat and use binoculars to see the different birds and stuff out there. The boys had a blast searching for different things.

The tour was about 2 hours long. Logan ended up falling asleep on the way back to the dock, which was great because by the time we got back he was ready to go again.

I know this isn't a great shot of me but Logan is so cute I couldn't leave it out.

Logan and some Seahorses.

We go to pet Sturgeons. At another spot we got to pet stingrays an baby sharks and I'm not sure why I have no pictures of that but it was really fun.

The boys tried to count all the seahorses, they got all the way up to 187

before they got distracted.

BOYS!

We had to go back to the shark cage before we left.

We are so glad that Logan is potty trained and chose to go to the Aquarium, we had so much fun and love spendin time with our family. Good Job Logan!
